Porcupine Tree's new album The Incident is going to be out on 14th September 2009 with the label of Roadrunner Records. According to Steven Wilson, the album includes two CDs. On the first CD, there is a 55-minute and 14-part song, The Incident. On the second Cd, there are four more songs which written and composed independent from the concept of The Incident.
